Why Join? You want a quick & easy reset to boost your energy and get your skin glowing. Maybe you have a couple of pounds you'd prefer weren't there or your cravings have the best of you and you need to cut back on the sweets...You simply want some new, delicious, healthy recipes.
What will we be eating? All of the recipes will be gluten free, dairy free, grain free, sugar free, and DELICIOUS! I've also intentionally chosen simple recipes so you're not in the kitchen all week long!
Why is it only 5 days? Monday to Friday is a perfect 5 days to try a new Clean Eating program. If you like it (and I'm sure you will) I have designed several more weekly plans that I will tell you all about later!
Will I feel energized? YES! Most of my clients even find that their mood is brighter, their sleep improves and they feel lighter and leaner!
I will be eating out. Should I still join? Why not? You've got nothing to lose, even if you're eating one of your meals out, you'll still be enjoying most of the delicious recipes from the plan and you may just discover some new favorite recipes!
